Connection & Dial Troubleshooting
I get the following error: “The computer you are dialling cannot establish a connection, check your password and try again”.
The reason your login was rejected could be because:
You have not activated your account. To activate your account  click here.
You might have entered a wrong LoginID and password. Remenber that the Net2Roam Login ID and Password are case sensitive.
If that is the case please re-input your loginID and password.
In some cases, you would need to add a prefix/suffix to your login ID. Please visit the  Access Number Finder  page to check if that is necessary.
Your Net2Roam Account may have run out of credits or expired.
To check when your account will expire or how many credits you have left, check the final email you received from Net2Roam or log into  My Account  page.
