There is an engaged tone when I dial, why?
Try a different number. The one you are currently using may be engaged!
You can verify that the number is working by manually dialling it from the hotel phone. If you hear a hand shake noise than the number is working.
You can always play around with the number, taking off the national code, or an extra '0' before the number to dial.
