If you can not amend your SMTP server details:

Sometimes you will find you can not amend the Outgoing SMTP mail server, as the box is greyed "out".
To correct this please create a new mail account will all your previous settings, but amend the outgoing mail server setting as above.

Hotmail (HTTP email) users please note you do not need to make changes to your outgoing server to send and receive email.
