Please follow these steps to setup your eMail account:
Select Tools Then Accounts from the Outlook Menu
Select The Email Account You use to send your email and click on Properties
Select the Servers tab
***IMPORTANT*** Make a note of the Outgoing mail (SMTP): setting as you will need to change it back when you return.
Now change the outgoing mail (SMTP) setting to "relay.net2roam.com"
Under My Outgoing Mail Server, Click box that says 'My Server Requires Authentication' Then click on the Settings Box
Select the option "Logon Using" and enter your Net2Roam LoginID and password
Click on OK twice then click on close and continue to use your email as before
To test your amendments, please email test-support@net2roam.com and it will auto reply if the email has been received correctly.
Remember your email will only work while you have a valid Net2Raom account. You must change the SMTP mail setting back to what it was before your net2roam account expires.
