Windows Microsoft Outlook 2002 / 2003 / 2007 / XP Please follow these steps to setup your eMail account: | Select Tools Then Email Accounts from your Outlook Menu |
 | Select View or change existing e-mail accounts and click on Next |
 | Select the email account you need to change and click Change |
 | ***IMPORTANT*** Make a note of the Outgoing mail (SMTP): setting as you will need to change it back when you return. |
 | Now change the outgoing mail (SMTP) setting to: relay.net2roam.com |
 | Please do not click Test Account Settings as this will fail, even when all the settings are correct |
 | Click the More Settings |
 | In Internet E-mailSettings, select the Outgoing Server tab |
 | Under My Outgoing Mail Server, Click box that says 'My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication' |
 | Select the option "Logon Using" and enter your Net2Roam LoginID and password |
 | Click on OK, then Finish and continue to use your email as before
To test your amendments, please email test-support@net2roam.com and it will auto reply if the email has been received correctly. |
